For those who missed the release of iTunes CyrFix, here is the link back to it http://prokhorenko.us/itunescyrfix/. That page is completely in Russian. However, I doubt this is a problem. Otherwise, why do you need Cyrillic support then? ;)
The code has got some issues and might not work for all "problematic" names in your iTunes. But I found it to be usefull in the most cases for myself. Hopefully, you'll find it useful, too. ;)
